These reality TV stars not only have a strong inclination towards cosmetic procedures themselves but also pass on this trend to their grown-up children. Interestingly, these young adults are as open about their surgical experiences as their mothers. Here are eight instances of Real Housewives' kids who have undergone plastic surgery.
Bella Hadid
Viewers of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills might remember Bella and Gigi's modeling careers blossoming during their teenage years, with their proud mother Yolanda overseeing their progress. However, what was not revealed on the show was Bella's nose job, which she had at just 14 years old. This year, she confided in Vogue about her teenage insecurities that led to her decision for rhinoplasty, a choice she now regrets. "I wish I had kept my original nose. I think I would have adjusted to it," she expressed.
Gia Giudice
In October 2024, Gia, the eldest daughter of RHONJ's Teresa, announced on Instagram that she had undergone a nose job. "I am now an adult, and this insecurity has bothered me for a while. I've never felt more comfortable in my own skin!!" she captioned a photo with her mother. The following year, Teresa also revealed that she had visited the same provider, Dr. Geoffrey Tobias, a board-certified otolaryngologist in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, for her own rhinoplasty.
Brielle Biermann
Kim Zolciak-Biermann's daughters, Arianna and Brielle, have faced numerous speculations about their appearance changes, but Kim dismissed these rumors on social media, stating, "My daughters have NEVER had any work done other than their lips! PERIOD!!!!!!"
Brielle's relationship with lip fillers has been on and off. Her mother informed E! News that the then 19-year-old first had them injected in 2016. In January 2024, Brielle shared that she had all her filler dissolved, only to have her lips reinjected a month later by Dr. Thyuy Doan, a board-certified family physician in Atlanta. "All the previous filler made my lips uneven," she wrote on her Instagram Stories. "So I had @dr.thuydoan re-inject my lips JUST A TAD, and I couldn't be happier. Still NOTHING LIKE how they were before... Less is more." However, before undergoing jaw surgery in August 2024 to correct her TMJ and overbite, she had to dissolve all the filler again.
Amelia Gray Hamlin
An infected nipple piercing led Lisa Rinna's daughter to undergo a breast reduction at 16. "I had a 104°F fever. My left breast was swollen. I was 16 and had mastitis, whatever that is. It was the worst experience I've ever had," Hamlin revealed on the Skinny Confidential: Him and Her podcast. "The nipple piercing caused a minor abrasion in my body," she said. "I already had strep within my system, and it targeted that part of my body as it was an open wound." The swelling in her breast persisted even after she recovered, prompting her decision for a breast reduction. "When I tell you, my breasts were enormous. And I didn't just get them smaller naturally.... I had to undergo full-fledged surgery. It made my breasts so uneven, and I was like, 'Oh my goodness, am I really going to have to live the rest of my life with my left breast significantly larger than my right breast?'" she said.
Hamlin has also posted selfies with Beverly Hills, California, board-certified facial plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond, but she hasn't disclosed the procedures she undergoes with him.
Ashley Zarlin
Ashley Zarlin, daughter of The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Laurie Peterson, dedicated a 2018 blog post to her love for Botox, praising the benefits of starting injections early. "I am not afraid of aging gracefully. I would rather use a little Botox here and there to maintain my appearance so that I don't need a facelift in 30 years," she wrote.
Zarlin also collaborated with Sientra to share her experience of undergoing a breast reduction with implants, performed by Dr. Jed Horowitz, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Newport Beach, California. "I matured very early. By my freshman year, I was a DD. I often felt self-conscious, so I wore a lot of clothing that hid my curves. I love and appreciate the body God gave me... but I'm here today to say that my only regret is not doing this for myself sooner. I chose to undergo a breast reduction with a small implant. I can't wait," she captioned an Instagram post on Sientra's account.
Raquel Curtin
Forget manicures or lunch – former RHOC cast member Lynne Curtin and her then 19-year-old daughter, Raquel, had a mother-daughter plastic surgery outing in 2009. Lynne got an eye lift, while Raquel underwent rhinoplasty. "I really wanted it, and if she had said no, I might have gone to a less reputable doctor," Raquel told Life & Style Weekly. "But she was supportive and took me to a great surgeon. It was really kind of her." (Curtin's other daughter, Alexa, has also had a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty.)
Lauren Manzo
Lauren, daughter of Caroline Manzo, struggled with her weight during her time on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, eventually undergoing lap band surgery in 2012. A year later, Manzo shared that she visited Dr. Robert Zubowski, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Paramus, New Jersey, for breast reduction surgery, sharing a before-and-after on Twitter. "So now you know! I had a breast reduction from @dr_zubowski and I couldn't be happier – he was incredibly amazing to me & I LOVE my new boobs!" she captioned the photo.
Ashlee Malleo
The daughter of former RHONJ star Jacquline Laurita, Malleo frequently shares her cosmetic procedures on social media. (She even has a story highlight section labeled "Cosmetic.") In 2019, she documented a visit to New York City board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Ramtin Kassir on IG Stories. "We're going to get some Botox and maybe discuss a few other things. I'm going to ask his opinion, I really trust him. If you follow me here, you know I've been seeing Dr Kassir for years. I trust him a lot. He performed my nose surgery back in 2010." She followed up post-appointment, stating, "Today with Dr. Kassir I got Botox all over my forehead because it's just a necessity for me. I haven't had Botox in over a year, so I was really excited. We did some subtle jawline contouring and I have a chin for the first time in my life. We put a little filler here," she said, pointing to her chin and jawline.
